Arvind Fashions said its wholly-owned material subsidiary Arvind Lifestyle Brands has invested about ₹50 crore in Arvind Youth Brands, which operates the casualwear brand Flying Machine, through subscription to equity shares.
“The investment by ALBL (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd) comprises subscription to 1,82,21,574 equity shares of AYBPL (Arvind Youth Brands Pvt Ltd) of face value ₹10 each at an issue price of ₹27.44 per equity share,” according to a regulatory filing by the company.
With the infusion, ALBL’s stake in AYBPL will rise to 65.91 per cent from 60.40 per cent.
Arvind Fashions, which directly holds the remaining equity, will see its direct shareholding fall to 34.09 per cent from 39.60 per cent, it said.
The company said the combined group holding in AYBPL remains at 100 per cent and there will be no change in overall group control.
AYBPL, incorporated on February 27, 2020, is engaged in the wholesale and retail of apparel and accessories under the Flying Machine brand and operates in India.
Its turnover stood at ₹404.75 crore in 2025-26, down from ₹432.16 crore in 2024-25 and ₹458.24 crore in 2023-24.
