Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services, a leading AI-led SaaS fintech and global spend management platform, plans to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary — Zaggle Holding or any other such name approved by the authorities — in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services will own 100 per cent of the proposed entity.
The new entity is proposed to undertake fintech, SaaS and AI-related businesses, in line with Zaggle’s broader technology and growth strategy. It will also act as a holding company for investments in group companies and third-party entities, based on future business requirements.
The proposed incorporation in Abu Dhabi Global Market provides Zaggle with a strategic platform to support its international ambitions, pursue opportunities across technology and financial services and create an institutional structure for future investments.
Raj P Narayanam, Founder and Executive Chairman, Zaggle, said the UAE is an important global hub for financial services, technology and innovation, and the new entity will provide us with a strategic platform to pursue opportunities across fintech, SaaS and AI.
“It will also create a flexible structure for strategic investments as we continue to evaluate opportunities that can strengthen our capabilities, expand our addressable markets and support Zaggle’s long-term growth,” he added.
The move is aligned with Zaggle’s strategy of building scalable technology-led businesses, expanding its international presence and selectively pursuing strategic investment opportunities that complement its core capabilities.
