Veegaland Developers Ltd has registered 79 per cent rise in its revenue from operations in Q1 of FY27, supported by strong sales growth and robust project progress.
The company said that all ongoing projects progressed as per schedule, resulting in steady progress in their respective percentages of completion and contributing to the strong revenue growth. During the quarter, it launched one new project in Kochi, Veegaland Amora, adding 1.59 lakh square feet to its portfolio of ongoing projects.
Kochouseph Chittilappilly, Executive Vice-Chairman said the quarter ended June 30 saw strong sales demand and robust project execution, representing a revenue growth of 79 per cent contributing to revenue from operations of ₹74.32 crore. The stable gross margins, along with the increase in scale of operations, have resulted in improved profit margins, with the PAT margin standing at 12.86 per cent.
It is to be noted that such strong sales performance has been achieved amidst ongoing uncertainties in the Middle East, which has been a strong source of demand for the Company, evidencing no signs of market risk arising out of the same, he said adding that the strong project pipeline of 3 upcoming projects and 6.5 acres of land reserves provide the company with clear visibility for the medium-term growth into the future.
