Reliance Industries Ltd‘s arm Model Economic Township Ltd (METL) has appointed Manish Jaiswal as Chief Executive Officer.
The METL is developing a large integrated township, ‘Reliance MET City’, spread over 8,250 acres, in Jhajjar, Haryana.
Prior to joining the METL, Jaiswal served as CEO of Eldeco Group, the company said in a statement on Monday.
In his new role, Jaiswal, who has over 20 years of experience, will lead the overall business and growth strategy for Reliance MET City. He would be responsible for driving industrial, residential and commercial development, attracting new investments and businesses, strengthening the development pipeline and expanding the integrated ecosystem across multiple asset classes.
Shrivallabh Goyal, Whole Time Director of METL, said, “His experience across development, strategic partnerships, revenue generation and branded real estate makes him well suited to lead Reliance MET City through its next phase of expansion.” More than 650 companies from 12 countries, including leading national and international corporates, have established their presence in this township.
