NIS Management, a leading integrated services platform specialising in security, facility management, electronic security, and skill development, has reported that its net profit in the June quarter was up 35 per cent at ₹7 crore.
Income increased 16 per cent to ₹116 crore while EBITDA was up 36 per cent at ₹9 crore.
The company has secured orders worth ₹52 crore in the quarter under review.
Debajit Choudhury, Chairman & Managing Director, NIS Management said the improvement in margins reflects better operating efficiencies, disciplined execution and continued focus on improving the quality of service mix.
During the quarter, the company has further strengthened business momentum with new orders from marquee clients including Reliance Group entities, NESCO and the West Bengal PWD, he said.
Going forward, the company will remain focused on scaling integrated facility management operations, expanding higher-value and margin-accretive services, strengthening client relationships and increasing the use of technology across service delivery, he added.
The industry environment remains supportive, driven by increasing outsourcing of non-core activities and a growing preference for organised, compliant and integrated service providers. With an established operating presence, experienced workforce and expanding client base, the company remains confident of building sustainable and profitable growth over the long term, he added.
