Mapmygenome, a Hyderabad-based personal genomics solutions company, has completed the acquisition of Vancouver-based dnaPower Inc., which also operates in the same space.
“The transaction expands Mapmygenome’s North American footprint and establishes a market-leading platform in DNA testing, gut microbiome health, longevity, and AI-driven multi-omics testing,” a statement said.
The company, however, has not divulged the size of the deal.
Mapmygenome Founder-CEO Anu Acharya said that by uniting dnaPower with Mapmygenome’s global presence, the acquisition creates a centralised platform for DNA, microbiome, pharmacogenetic, and longevity testing services in North America.
