Indo National Ltd, the company behind the Nippo batteries, has announced its entry into the air purifier segment, under the brand name Nippo Airvue.
The company expects Airvue to contribute Rs 100 crore in revenue by FY2030, accounting for about 10 per cent of its overall revenue. Indo National aims to garner 15 per cent market share in the air purification and indoor air intelligence space over the next five years, said a company statement.
“Our entry into air purification is part of a larger strategy to identify emerging consumer needs and build relevant, technology-led categories,” said Aditya Reddy, Joint Managing Director, Indo National Ltd.
He said the company would leverage Nippo’s brand credibility and nationwide distribution ecosystem to scale the new category and build a broader portfolio of home technology and consumer solutions.
The Airvue range, developed and manufactured by Medcuore Medical Solutions Pvt Ltd, comprises four smart air purifier variants and dedicated air quality monitors. The products will be sold through Nippo’s dealer network, the company’s direct-to-consumer website and e-commerce platforms.
