IHG Hotels & Resorts on Wednesday announced the signing of Garner Hotel Jim Corbett in Uttarakhand, owned by Victorian Corporation and managed by United Hospitality Management (UHM) India.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027, the 50-key hotel will be located in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, the gateway to Jim Corbett National Park, the global hospitality company said in a statement.
“Garner’s rapid momentum in India reflects the strong fit between the brand’s proposition and the needs of both owners and travellers in the market,” IHG Hotels & Resorts Managing Director, South West Asia, Sudeep Jain said.
IHG currently operates 53 hotels across seven brands in India, with a pipeline of 110 hotels expected to open in the next 3-5 years.
