IHG Hotels & Resorts on Friday said it signed a management agreement with Entry Point Hotels & Resorts Private Limited to develop Holiday Inn Raipur in Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2031, the property will offer 156 keys, the company said in a statement.
“As the city continues to develop as a key administrative and commercial centre, the signing presents an opportunity to introduce one of our most recognised brands to a market with diverse travel needs. Holiday Inn Raipur reflects our focus on taking our brands to destinations where we see long-term potential,” IHG Hotels & Resorts Managing Director, South West Asia, Sudeep Jain said.
IHG currently has 53 open hotels operating across seven brands in India and has a pipeline of 110 hotels due to open in the next 3-5 years.
