Diagnostic services provider Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd on Saturday said its wholly owned subsidiary, Dr Lal PathLabs FZCO, Dubai, has completed the acquisition of an 80 per cent stake in Ghana-based Sunshine Healthcare Ltd.
Following the acquisition, Sunshine Healthcare Ltd (SHL) has become a step-down subsidiary of Dr Lal PathLabs, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The transaction has been completed in accordance with the agreement and prevailing provisions applicable in Ghana, the filing added.
