Lately, it’s been observed that Colors shows keen interest in actors who have previously worked for their channel. Whether it’s Priyanka Choudhary–Ankit Gupta, Abhishek Kumar–Isha Malviya, or Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, most Colors actors have featured in Salman Khan‘s show. However, if you think that an actor working with Colors has a free pass or easier access to join the reality show, you are absolutely wrong. A source exclusively reveals to Bollywood Life, ”There’s always a significant criterion even for actors who worked with Colors to star in their reality show. If you take a closer look, all the Colors actors who have been featured in the reality show, be it , , , Isha Malviya, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, , they all have a common thread. Apart from working for the same channel, all these actors were or are rumoured to be dating their co-stars from the same show.”

The source further added, ‘The channel has a non-negligible criterion. They won’t cast you only because you have played lead parts in their show. Their criteria are that those same lead actors need to have a love story with their other co-star or anyone from the crew. With love stories speculation, an actor immediately becomes the center of attention. If two actors who belong to the same show are or were dating, the channel always makes sure to take both the actors in the same season so that they can cash in on their relationship. A lead actor, no matter how good they are in their work, if they don’t have a love story, chances are the other mediocre actor who does have a love affair on set will be given more preference to feature in the reality show.”

Talking about Bigg Boss 18, as of now, makers are in talks with actors for participating in the controversial reality show.
