Agile Pharma BV, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in France, Arrow Pharma Production SAS.
Agile Pharma is the holding company of Arrow Pharma Production SAS. As Agile is a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of the Hyderabad-based Aurobindo, Arrow Pharma Production SAS would also become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Aurobindo, the company informed the BSE.
“The object of incorporation Arrow Pharma is to expand the manufacturing of generic formulations in France,’’ the company said.
