Aastha Spintex, a leading textile company, has secured a long-term order from JSK Textile LLP for the manufacture and supply of about 750 tonne of Greige Fabric, with an order value of about ₹25 crore. The order will be executed over a period of two years, said the company.
The additional volumes are expected to support better utilisation of the company’s existing manufacturing capacities, improve operating efficiencies and contribute towards better absorption of fixed costs. The order also broadens the company’s customer and product mix within its existing textile operations, it said.
Divyang Jashwantbhai Patel, Chairman and Director, Aastha Spintex, said the supply of Greige Fabric strengthens existing textile operations and provides greater visibility for business over the execution period.
“The order reflects the confidence of customers in the company’s manufacturing capabilities and strengthens operational efficiencies and sustainable growth. We remain committed to delivering the required quality standards and building long-term relationships with customers,” he said.
Execution of the order will commence with an initial quantity of about 30 tonne in the two months, followed by the balance quantities upon quality approval. Aastha Spintex expects the order to contribute positively to its revenues and operating performance while supporting its continued expansion in the textile business.
