Lucknow-based Concord Control Systems Limited on Tuesday reported revenue from operations of ₹159.11 crore for the first half of FY27, a 95.1 per cent jump year-on-year from ₹81.55 crore in H1 FY26, driven by sustained demand for railway control, safety and automation solutions.
Profit after tax for the six months ended September 30, 2026, rose 94.9 per cent to ₹31.23 crore from ₹16.02 crore in the year-ago period. Earnings per share stood at ₹30.08 against ₹15.85 in H1 FY26.
EBITDA for the half year came in at ₹46.66 crore, up 114.7 per cent from ₹21.73 crore, with EBITDA margin improving to 29.32 per cent from 26.65 per cent, indicating that profitability grew faster than revenue.
The company, listed on BSE (543619) and approved by the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO), designs and manufactures embedded electronic systems for Indian Railways, covering control systems, signalling electronics, propulsion solutions and onboard safety systems.
Managing Director Gaurav Lath attributed the performance to a healthy order pipeline and growing infrastructure modernisation opportunities, and expressed optimism about the second half of the fiscal year.
Concord said it continues to invest in research and development, expand manufacturing capacity and broaden its technology portfolio as India scales up railway infrastructure spending.
