LT Foods Ltd. on Monday launched a new advertising campaign for its Daawat Rozana basmati rice brand, featuring celebrity chef and television personality Ranveer Brar. The campaign, built around the tagline “Har Din Baney Perfect,” positions the product as a consistent, reliable choice for everyday cooking over loose basmati rice.
The television film, developed by advertising agency BBDO India, opens at a family dining table where a mother questions her son Rohan about inconsistent exam scores. The son deflects by pointing out that the rice at home is equally unpredictable — fluffy one day, sticky the next. Ranveer Brar then introduces Daawat Rozana as a solution, arguing the product delivers uniform results throughout the week. The film closes with the brand’s tagline before the family approves of the cooked rice.
Ritesh Arora, CEO of India and Far East operations at LT Foods, said the campaign is aimed at driving greater penetration of branded packaged basmati, with Daawat Rozana serving as a key vehicle to pull consumers away from loose rice purchases.
Ritesh Sud, Chief Marketing Officer for the same region, said the insight of unpredictable rice was deliberately paired with the relatable anxiety of inconsistent exam performance to make the product’s functional benefit more memorable.
Daawat Rozana Delight is currently available across e-commerce, quick commerce, modern trade and general trade channels.
LT Food reported consolidated revenue of approximately ₹11,023 crore for FY26. The company operates in more than 85 countries and has over 1,400 distributors globally. Its flagship brands include Daawat and Royal, the latter being among North America’s leading basmati labels.
