Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai TV serial has become a massive hit. So much so that it has taken the top spot on TRP chart. It has finally managed to beat Anupamaa that had been on the number one spot for months now. In week 45, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai topped the TRP chart by raking in 2.3 million impressions. Anupamaa did 2.2 million impressions. It looks like all the pregnancy drama is working for the show. In Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira and Armaan lost their baby and Rohit gave his baby to them. Ruhi is in coma so she is unaware of everything. But major twists are coming in soon.
In the new precap of , we see that Ruhi () gains consciousness. She met with an accident when she rushed to a Baba to know the gender of her child. She had to undergo an immediate operation and a baby boy was born to Ruhi and Rohit (). At the same time, Abhira () went into labour in 7 months of pregnancy. However, doctors could not save her baby. Ruhi slipped into coma and Rohit decided to give their baby to Armaan () and Abhira knowing that his bhaiyaa and bhabhi may not get a chance to become parents again. Abhira had a complicated pregnancy. But in the precap, we see that Ruhi has gained consciousness and that she is hunting for her baby. During the naming ceremony, Ruhi comes running toward Abhira and snatches the baby from her calling him ‘mera bacha’. Abhira, Armaan, Rohit, Manish, Vidya, Kaveri and all are shocked. Does Ruhi know the truth? Will Armaan and Rohit will get exposed in front of Poddars? Will Ruhi take away baby from Abhira and everyone would blame Armaan for it even though it was Rohit’s decision?

Well, it looks like this may not be the case. In another clip that is doing the rounds of social media, one can see Ruhi crying inconsolably as she has been told that her baby did not survive. She is blaming herself and hoping that her baby is fine.
