There is a lot of discussion around the Pahalgam Terror Attack. Everyone is furious and demanding justice. Many of the celebrities too have condemned the act. Among TV celebrities, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim drew a lot of attention as they were in Kashmir just a few hours before the attack took place. They left from Kashmir on April 22. Later, they made a post revealing to their fans that they are safe. However, Shoaib Ibrahim’s post received backlash as he wrote that a new Vlog is coming soon.
Many of the netizens slammed for promoting his Vlog right after the tragic Pahalgam attack. It made headlines in. However, in his latest video, Shoaib has reacted to the backlash and revealed what exactly happened. In a new video, Shoaib Ibrahim shared that his family wasn’t aware of the full incident when he made the post. He wrote that terror attack happened when he was on his way back to Delhi.
He said that they flew to Delhi from Srinagar on April 22 and incident occurred when they were in the air. They did not have network due to restrictions and when they landed, their fans messaged them asking about their wellbeing. “At that point, we only heard that one or two people had been injured. Based on that, I thought it was best to inform everyone we were safe, and so I posted the story,” he said.
Further, Shoaib Ibrahim questioned why he and Dipika Kakar get trolled for everything they do. He mentioned that Vloggers have continued posting content, movie promotions are on, and everybody is living their lives – who why are they being singled out, he asked. He said, “All vloggers have continued posting their content, film promotions are ongoing, music videos are being promoted. Even you must be living your life—eating, listening to music, going to work. So why am I being singled out? Why the abuse toward me and Dipika?”
