Jasprit Bumrah hit the net session and had a blast ahead of Mumbai Indians’ upcoming match against Delhi Capitals at the Wankhede Stadium in IPL 2025. The experienced player padded up and hit some impressive shots in the nets, giving the world a glimpse of his capability with the bat.
MI’s official handle took to social media and posted a video of Bumrah’s batting. “BOOM BOOM… With the bat,” MI captioned the post. Bumrah slogged the ball towards the leg side and followed it up with a slog straight over the bowler’s head. He then played a pleasing cover drive and lofted the ball towards the offside region. He again slogged the ball over the mid-wicket region and mistimed one towards the off side region.
