Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi have a huge fan following. They are the most loved TV stars right now. We have seen them both in Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. They were not cast together but appeared in two different generations. Shivangi played Naira in the second generation of the show while Harshad was seen as Abhimanyu in the third generation story. However, their pictures together had gone viral once they met on the sets of the show. Since then, fans wanted to see them together in a show. Now, a few days ago, it was being reported that Ekta Kapoor is coming up with a new serial and Harshad-Shivangi have been finalised for it.

Earlier, it was reported that Ekta was casting stars Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel together again. But, they have backed out and hence, Ekta Kapoor is bringing and together on-screen. If the news is true, Harshad and Shivangi will be cast together for the first time.

However, nothing is clear but more news about this show is coming up. As per IWMBuzz, Yeh Hai Chahatein actor Nitin Bhatia has been finalised to play and important role in the show starring Harshad and Shivangi. But, there are no more details about the story, characters and other stars.

Before Shivangi, even Pranali Rathod was in contention to play the lead role in the serial. Harshad and Pranali were cast opposite each other in . They played Abhimanyu and Akshara. Their chemistry was loved and they became a hit jodi.

People wanted to see more and more of them but the show took leap and they both quit. It was being said that they are dating in real life too but both have always denied these rumours.
