Jeetendra worked with Jaya Prada and Rekha and gave iconic films, including Faris, Asha, Meri Awaz Suno, Tohfa, Dharmveer, and Jaani Dushman. Jeetendra’s film Caravan (1971) created a significant buzz in China. The film sold an impressive 30 crore tickets and created a record that has not been broken by Dangal, RRR, and Pushpa 2. The film starred Asha Parekh, Aruna Irani, Mehmood Jr, Helen, Ravindra Kapoor, Madan Puri, and Manorama in pivotal roles. The film earned Rs 3.6 crore in India and became a superhit. In 1979, Caravan was released in China and became India’s biggest hit overseas at that time with Rs 30 crore earnings. The songs such as Chadti Jawani Meri Chaal Mastani, Dilbar Dil Se Pyare, Piya Tu Ab To Aaja, Kitna Pyara Wada Hai became instant classic.
