Film industry tracker Sacnilk figures suggest that Jaat has already seen a steady beginning at the advance booking counters. According to Sacnilk early data, the film has managed to earn Rs 61.34 lakh gross with the help of over 36 thousand ticket sales from over 7000 shows in the Hindi 2D format.
With the help of account block seats, the film has managed to earn Rs 2.67 crore gross. According to reports, Maharashtra has earned maximum revenue from first day advance booking followed by Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat.
Going by reports, the advance booking for Jaat had closed on Wednesday night. Sunny Deol-starrer raked in Rs 2.37 crore in pre-sales for opening day across India, as reported by Sacnilk. Going by the hype it has created, the figure is very low. Sunny’s previous film – Gadar 2 – had earned Rs 17.60 crore in advance booking before its release in 2023. Jaat couldn’t manage to reach Rs 1 crore advance booking in any major territories except NCR.
Jaat has earned below Rs 2 crore by noon on its release day. Many trade insiders have said that the film could reach Rs 10 crore by the end of the day.
As reported by the trade website Sacnilk, Sikandar managed to sell over 67,000 tickets for around 9300 shows in India in Hindi. The film had earned Rs 1.93 crore from its advance booking. With blocked seats, it earned around Rs 6.22 crore for its opening day at the box office. According to the makers, Sikandar earned Rs 30.6 crore in India on its opening day. The film’s first-day performance wasn’t as good as Vicky Kaushal’s recently-released Chhaava, which earned Rs 31 crore on the opening day.
