Sreeleela has finally put an end to all the talk around her recent traditional pictures. What many assumed to be her engagement turned out to be her pre-birthday celebration.
The actress shared a new photos in a green silk saree, dressed like a bride, with a caption that read, “So back in the day this is how we celebrated birthdays at home 💛 Planning credits – Amma ❤️ (Prebirthday 😉).” That one line cleared up all the rumours.
Earlier, fans had jumped to conclusions after seeing her in a pastel blue saree with turmeric on her cheeks and surrounded by family. The setting, the outfits, and even the tray with haldi and kumkum gave the impression of a Haldi ceremony. But it was just a traditional celebration organised at home ahead of her birthday, planned by her mother.
The soft pink outfit, the minimal makeup, and the classic jewellery added to the wedding-like feel of the pictures. Sreeleela’s expressions and the close family involvement gave the images an emotional, personal touch. No staged poses, just happy, real moments that got misread as part of a marriage event.
