Salman Khan’s Sikandar was released in theatres on March 30, 2025. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film received mixed to negative reactions from the fans. While a lot of fans are not happy with the story and performance, some even questioned why other Bollywood stars don’t give shoutouts to Salman. Often, the superstar shares a post for other actors’ movies. But fans believe the same doesn’t happen with him.

Recently, in an interview, Salman Khan was asked the same. The actor initially got confused and said that he did give a shoutout to Sunny Deol’s Jaat film. However, when the host repeated the question and asked why he doesn’t get the same support, Salman gave a serious answer.

The Sikandar star said, “Unko aisa lagta hoga ki zaroorat nahi padti hogi. But sabko zaroorat padti hai. Jaise yeh Mohanlal ki film aa rahi hai (L2: Empuraan), hope that film does well.” Salman even praised Sunny Deol for Jaat, hoping that the film does well when it releases.
