Shashtipoorthi is an upcoming film featuring youngsters Rupeysh and Akanksha in the lead roles. Veterans stars Rajendra Prasad and Archana are playing the other support cast in the same.
Following the success of the first three songs, the makers have now introduced the title track, “Shashtipoorthi.” The song has been written by Chaitanya Prasad and set to tune by legendary composer Ilaiyaraaja, who is at the helm of the film’s music album.
The track was officially launched by acclaimed director Nag Ashwin, adding a touch of prestige to the release. Unlike the usual high-energy numbers, this one leans into a peaceful, festive sound, reflecting the emotional depth and traditional values the film aims to portray.
