His trusted bodyguard, Yusuf Ibrahim has now opened up about the challenges they face. Yusuf is a renowned security consultant who has worked with stars like Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.
He spoke to Siddharth Kannan and recalled an incident from years ago when Shah Rukh Khan expressed a desire to visit the Ajmer Sharif Dargah. It was during the IPL season when SRK wanted to go to Ajmer Sharif dargah. Yusuf revealed that they reached there and the day we selected was wrong.
He shared that it was a Friday, and the time was also not right, at 12:30. It was a namaaz time and there were around 10-15 thousand people. However, as the news about ‘s visit came, people there went mad behind the actor. He added, “There was so much public, that we were literally standing there, logon ne humko dhakka maarke dargah legaye and dhakka maarke apne aap gaadi mai laake baitha diya.”
He added that despite the chaos, SRK remained calm and it was a difficult experience. He also said that the police had to do lathicharge to disperse them from there. He shared, “It was a lifetime experience for me. Shah Rukh is damn cool when such situations happen, he knows that it’s not anyone’s fault – neither staff nor fans.”
On the work front, SRK will be seen in King with his daughter, Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.
