Back in April 2024, firing took place outside’s home in Mumbai. Two bikers opened fire outside Galaxy Apartment in Mumbai. Fortunately, no one got injured in the incident. Since then, it has been reported that Salman Khan is on the target of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The threats intensified after the murder of Baba Siddique. The actor has been provided with high security. A recent video states that bullet proof windows have been installed in his home.

A video that has gone viral on social media suggest that ‘s balcony is now covered with bullet proof glass. Workers can be seen installing the glass in his balcony which he generally uses to greet his fans during festivals. Reports further suggest that high-tech security system has been installed in his home. High resolution CCTV cameras have been installed too to keep a check on the activities unfolding around his home. Salman Khan lives in Galaxy Apartments along with his parents. The glass has been installed on the first floor of the building that is occupied by the Khans.

After the firing at his residence, Salman Khan reportedly also imported a bulletproof car from Dubai. It is said to be worth Rs 2 crore.

Salman Khan is on radar of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi due to the Blackbuck Poaching Case. During the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain in 1998, Salman Khan and cast of the film reportedly went hunting in Jodhpur. A Chinkara was reportedly shot down. The Blackbuck is considered to be sacred by Bishnoi community. Hence, Lawrence Bishnoi is after Salman Khan, say reports. After Baba Siddique’s murder, Mumbai Police reportedly received many calls threatening Salman Khan.
