Laughter Chefs star Ankita Lokhande is in legal trouble. A defamation case has been filed against her by TV actress Rozlyn Khan. Yesterday, Rozlyn was spotted outside a court in Mumbai along with her lawyer, and she revealed to the paps that a criminal defamation case has been filed against Ankita Lokhande. Her lawyer shared that Rozlyn took the initiative to ‘expose’ those seeking ‘publicity’ through ‘cancer’. Ankita – being a third party – jumped into defence and slammed Rozlyn. He added that Ankita has no right to call Rozlyn ‘cheap’. Rozlyn herself is a cancer survivor.
It all started with Rozlyn Khan accusing of leveraging her stage 3 cancer diagnosis for publicity. In a post, she wrote, “Please share details of treatment you have gone through for fellow cancer patients/survivor and oncologist to discuss in future. I’m sorry your PR activities are not getting you any sympathy bcos you were showing off too much during your treatment, better luck next time with such PR activities..!” jumped into Hina Khan’s defence. The actress expressed shock over Rozlyn’s comments and said ‘That’s so cheap’ in a social media post. She also wrote that Hina Khan is fighting the cancer bravely and she knows it because she and husband Vicky Jain met her in the hospital. Ankita also wrote that Vicky was in tears to see Hina Khan undergoing Chemotherapy. She also wrote, “Hina u r strong and our sherkhan. And not easy for u or anyone who’s facing this !! God bless u girl This shall too pass @realhinakhan.”

Following Ankita’s remarks, Rozlyn again took to her social media to slam Laughter Chefs diva for calling her ‘cheap’. Rozlyn took to Instagram, and alleged that Lokhande herself used the death of her ex-partner, Sushant Singh Rajput, for publicity. She wrote, “A woman who could use the death of his ex for a big boss is preaching to me about cheapness!! Not a big surprise… aa gai sasti publicity lene!!”
