On India’s Got Latent, Ranveer Allahbadia’s ‘sex with parents’ remarks didn’t sit well with many people. After the episode of Samay Raina’s show was out, many slammed and abused Ranveer for asking such a controversial question. While a case is being filed against the YouTuber, an insider has revealed some details about what went down after Allahbadia asked the contestant such a question. A social media user named Mohit claims that he was a part of the audience for that particular episode and narrated everything that happened.

Mohit shared a video on Instagram and explained how Ranveer Allahbadia apologised to the India’s Got Latent contestant after he made the ‘sex with parents’ remark. In the video, Mohit said, “I was present there, I know what happened. I was in the audience. That child came, Ranveer said that joke. After saying it, Ranveer apologised around four times – ‘Sorry, aapko bura toh nahi laga’. I know a sorry does not fix anything but still, he ensured that the kid was comfortable. Then they spoke to that child. Samay also asked if he was okay. That child also won (on the show). Everyone celebrated after he won. Ranveer hugged him. ‘You okay? Sorry, if you felt bad for that joke’. Samay also said, ‘You killed it, bhai. Crazy’. I am only asking everyone not to spread hate unnecessarily.”

In the caption, Mohit mentioned that he might delete the video later and stated that he doesn’t want his favourite creators to receive hate for no reason as many people are unaware of what happened in the episode. “See just say one thing comedy is eating which is separate from life. Comedy is a switch off from life. People watch comedy to feel happy to laugh if you put offensive Ness in comedy also, then there is no point of comedy only because everybody has one thing, they can’t hear joke about so if you listen to one, you would have to listen to everyone while making jokes, and at the end, there will be nothing to make joke about, yeah,” he captioned the video.

After online backlash, Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia, along with the team of India’s Got Latent, were summoned by the police and have been interrogated in the matter. Ranveer, aka BeerBiceps, recently revealed that he has been receiving death threats and some people even tried to enter his mother’s clinic, posing as patients.
