During a podcast, shared his reasons for having no interest in watching the new Dune movies. The filmmaker told Bret Easton Ellis on his podcast that he has seen David Lynch’s Dune several times. About Ripley, Tarantino added that he has seen the story twice before and isn’t a fan of the vision. So he is not interested in seeing the new version. “If you did another story, that would be interesting enough to give it a shot anyway.”
