Prashanth Varma is a young and talented filmmaker in Telugu who marked his debut with the film Awe. Later, he did Kalki but finally shot to fame with the success of HanuMan. He provided the story for the upcoming film, Devaki Nandana Vasudeva. Speaking at the pre-release event, he spoke about the script bank he built. On a fun note, Prashanth mentioned that he would quit direction and settle down as writer.
When anchor Suma asked Prashanth about how he manages writing and direction, Prashanth said, “Even before I marked my debut, I penned 33 stories. Among which, I narrated a story to your son as well. I have to do it sometime.”
“I wrote 33 stories before making my debut as a director. If given a chance, I would stop directing and write stories to other directors, including Boyapati Sreenu garu.”

Prashanth continued saying, “Whatever I did so far is different from the 33 stories that I am referring to. If given a chance, I would prefer to quit direction and focus on writing stories. I would like to give my story to Boyapati garu as well. I love writing and even when I go on holiday to keep myself away from work, I fall back to writing,” revealed Prashanth Varma.
Prashanth is currently working on Jai HanuMan and an untitled film with Nandamuri Mokshagna.
