Abir Gulaal is set to hit the screens on May 9 and it has been mired in a controversy since beginning due to its cast. As per reports, film body heads have opposed to Fawad Khan’s comeback film. It is after years that Fawad Khan is returning to Bollywood with Abir Gulaal. The movie is a cross-border love story that is directed by Aarti S. Bagdi. With such strong opposition, it remains to be seen if the film is able to release in theatres on its scheduled date or not.
