Nandamuri family members Balakrishna, Jr NTR, Kalyan Ram, Rama Krishna and a few others paid tributes to the legend Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao at NTR Ghat in Hyderabad today on the occasion of the actor-politician’s death anniversary. AP Minister Nara Lokesh is also expected to visit NTR Ghat later today.
While NTR and Kalyan Ram visited NTR Ghat early in the morning, Balakrishna visited a little later. Balakrishna will also pay tribute to his father at Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital. A mega blood camp is being held at NTR Trust Bhavan.
Speaking on the occasion, Balakrishna said that NTR is a versatile actor who experimented with various kinds of roles. He called NTR as a revolutionary politician who started the Telugu Desam Party to serve the people in a righteous way. He recalled that NTR introduced path-breaking schemes to help the poor. He said, “He is a definition of acting and an inspiration to everyone. Such people will not have death.”
On the film front, Balakrishna is currently celebrating the success of his recent hit Daaku Maharaaj. He will be next seen in Akhanda 2. Jr NTR is currently working on War 2, which will be released later this year. Kalyan Ram will be soon coming up with his next film, tentatively called NKR21.
