Filmmaker Karan Johar recently spoke openly about the constant criticism and trolling he faces, especially accusations of being someone who ruins careers in the industry. In a conversation on Raj Shamani’s podcast, Karan said he has grown used to the hate and doesn’t let it affect him anymore. He said, “I suppose negativity travels and positivity doesn’t… It has become fashionable to hate on me.” Karan also emphasized that he doesn’t carry any bitterness, saying, “I don’t feel hate for anybody. I’m a compassionate person.” While reflecting on public opinion, he added, “Love me or hate me, don’t be indifferent to me. If you’re discussing me, it means that I matter.”
