The actress we are talking about is . Recently, Hansika’s sister-in-law, Muskan Nancy James, filed a complaint against her, her brother Prashant Motwani and their mother, Jyoti Motwani. In her complaint, Muskan accused her husband Prashant of alleged domestic violence and stated her in-laws interfered a lot in her marital life.
Muskan Nancy James is a TV actress who started her career in 2006. She worked in shows like Mata Ki Chowki, Adaalat, Bharat Ka Veer Putra-Maharana Pratap and several others. She hails from Darjeeling and had relocated to Delhi during her childhood. Even Muskan started her acting career during childhood days.
On December 18, 2024, Muskan filed the complaint against the Motwanis at the Amboli Police Station in Mumbai. Her FIR was registered under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506, and 34 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). In her complaint, Muskan mentioned that the domestic violence she dealt with led to her getting diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, a condition that causes temporary paralysis or weakness of the muscle on one side of the face. She also mentioned how Hansika Motwani, Prashant, and their mother allegedly demanded expensive gifts and money from her.
Although the Motwanis have not directly addressed the complaint, the Aap Ka Suroor actress recently garnered attention for her Instagram post. On her social media page, Hansika posted a cryptic note, which netizens thought was her indirect response to the case. On her broadcast channel earlier, she shared a post that read, “I’m getting a lil too old for the fall outs & bring back cool thing. I’m good, love.” The actress captioned it, “#word Just mute people”.
