In her next Tollywood outing, Meenakshi will be romancing Naga Chaitanya in NC24. The film commenced its shooting formalities earlier today. Meenakshi is that rare actress who got to romance the Mama Alludu duo, Venky and Chay, in back-to-back movies.
Like Meenakshi, even Naga Chaitanya is fresh from his career’s biggest hit with Thandel. The Akkineni hero entered the Rs 100 crore club for the first time with this acclaimed cross-border romantic drama. Needless to say, NC24 will benefit a huge deal thanks to the success streak of its lead actors.
Chay’s makeover for NC24 will be talked about once the movie hits theaters sometime next year. Virupaksha fame Karthik Varma Dandu is directing the movie, which is touted as a mythical thriller. After showing his directorial prowess in Virupaksha, Karthik Varma is keen on delivering yet another spine-chilling thriller that blends mythology with suspense.
