Superstar Mahesh Babu’s push to many films yielded good results. Many at times, the reviews he share on social media of the films he watched got benefited in many ways. Now and then, he extends a helping hand in launching the teasers or trailers of other movies. Now, he is coming forward to launch the trailer of the upcoming film Gandhi Tatha Chettu.
Director Sukumar’s daughter Sukrithi Veni Bandreddi is playing the lead role as a 15-year-old girl in the film. The movie is described as a love story between a man and a tree. Padmavathi Malladi is the director and it is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.
Mahesh Babu’s addition to the film’s promotions is a beautiful idea. In fact, Mahesh Babu always goes an extra mile when he spots a talent. He encouraged a lot of small films in the past. Especially, when he comes across movies based on content, he steps forward to give them the much-needed push.
Now, team Gandhi Tatha Chettu is also elated with the presence of Mahesh Babu, for the film’s promotions. The film follows the story of a young girl from Nizamabad, Telangana, who fights for a green cause following Gandhian principles she learnt from her grandfather.
The cast includes Anand Chakrapani, Raghu Ram, Bhanu Prakash, Nehal Anand Kumkuma and Rag Mayur. Ree has composed the music. The film releases on 24th January.
