Laughter Chefs has cemented its position as one of the most loved cooking reality shows, which does complete justice to its format of blending culinary challenges with genuine humor. The much-anticipated new season had premiered on January 25 and brought to the viewers a fresh lineup of celebrity contestants, including Vicky Jain, Mannara Chopra, and more.
However, fans seem to be missing some of their favorite stars from the first season. This includes Arjun Bijlani, Aly Goni, and Karan Kundrra. Fans have particularly felt Aly Goni’s absence. His absence has also been felt by his former cooking partner Rahul Vaidya and his loyal followers. In Season 1, Aly became a popular contestant, and was lauded for his unique cooking style, which often inspired other participants to take inspiration from his culinary skills. His incredible presence further led to a pattern wherein he either emerged as a winner or those who copied his dish won.
In a recent interview with India Forums, Aly spoke at length about his love for the show and how much he has been missing it. “Even I am missing being there in the show. Seeing so many comments and tweets, I feel overwhelmed. I love that show; it’s very close to my heart.”
Talking about Laughter Chefs season 2, the contestants are paired in a team and are assigned various cooking challenges. While Bharti Singh will be hosting the show, celebrity chef Harpal Singh Sokhi has been roped in as the judge who’d decide whose dish is the best. Laughter Chefs season 2 continues to rule hearts with its intense humour and drama.
