The Pahalgam terror attack has left and everyone shocked. Not just Bollywood celebrities, but also television stars have expressed grief over the same. Actor Kushal Tandon took to his Instagram handle and slammed Karan Veer Mehra for his poetry about the Pahalgam terror attack and the Indus Valley treaty getting suspended. Kushal took a public jibe at Karan over his poetry video about the tragic incident. Posting to his Instagram Stories, Kushal slammed Karan as he shared a screenshot of latter’s video and said, “AREEE BHAI ISKEEE BATHROOM KA PANI BAND KARVAO. AUR PAKISTAN KI TICKET KARVAO.”

For the uninitiated, Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan shared a video reciting a poem as he expressed his anger over the Pahalgam terror attack. Within no time, netizens slammed Karan and called tone-deaf. Karan reacted to the criticism and said that the poem was meant to break the chain of hate. On Sunday, Karan took to his Instagram Stories as he posted a long note on the controversy. He began, “An eye for an eye will NOT leave the whole world blind, the last person will still have one eye, & we all know who that last person might be. But the real question is, would YOU rather break the chain of hate and make the world a better place? That’s exactly what my poem meant.”

The note further read, “My heart goes out to the families of those who lost their loved ones in the Pahalgam attack. May the perpetrators face the strongest punishment they deserve. We are not scared. We are not afraid.” He concluded saying, “Quote Suniel Shetty sir “Agli chutti Kashmir mein (Next holiday will be in Pahalgam).” On Wednesday, Karan Veer shared a video and said, “Baat diya iss dharti ko, Kya chand-sitaaron ka hoga? Nadiyon ko kuch naam diye, behti dharon ka kya hoga? Shiv ki Ganga bhi paani hai, aabe zam zam bhi paani hai. Pandit bhi piye Maulla bhi piye, toh paani ka majhab kya hoga? Ek hai suraj, chand hai ek, ek hawa mein saans hai sabki. Naslo ka karein jo batwara, rahbhar woh comb ka dhongi hai. Sawaal toh bas ek hi hai, kya Allah ne mandir toda tha ya Ram ne masjid toda tha? Baat diya iss dharti ko. Koi Hindu hai, koi Musalman, koi Sikh toh koi Issai. Bas humne insaan na hone ki hai kasam khayi.” Well, the poem was made viral by Ashutosh Rana at an event.
