Often celebrities get trolled for their interviews and statements they make. Sometimes, people online dig out old interviews and slam the actor or actress for saying something they disagree with. One such clip of has gone viral on social media. It was from the time when the actress was promoting Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with in 2022.
In this video clip from a podcast, called herself an outsider or a nobody. The clip was shared on Reddit and netizens are not pleased with her outsider statement. In the comments, some people slammed the actress for trying to be an “outsider” while having connections in the film industry. One person wrote, “When Karan took me, I was nobody? Girl, he took you because he knew you. Karan gives zero f*cks to someone he doesn’t know.”
Another Redditor commented, “Slaman Khan gave her the name Kiara, she’s best friends with the daughter of the richest person in India, Grand daughter of Saeed Jaffrey, step great granddaughter of Ashok Kumar, step aunt is an assistant director, Juhi Chawla is a family friend, and not to mention the hundreds of influential connection owing to their business. Aur isko outsider Banna Hain.”
“Kiara does not come across as genuine in her interviews. I used to think she was, but not anymore esp with other ppl’s experience with her. She acts like a saint and there is some pretence in the way she speaks,” reads another comment.
In the comments, some even compared Kiara Advani to Stree 2 star Shraddha Kapoor. The comment reads, “If Shraddha Kapoor can be an outsider then why can’t Kiara be one?” To this a user replied, “For Shraddha, her Nepo Shakti Kapoor connection is more of a disadvantage for her than advantage.”
