has signed a new movie, a romantic comedy. It is titled . What’s interesting is the movie will be produced by Dharma Productions. Fans are excited to see what kind of fun love it would be. The announcement teaser has got everyone’s attention, especially since the duo had an alleged fallout during Dostana 2, due to which the movie got shelved.

Now, there’s another big update on the movie. As per a news report, Kartik Aaryan has allegedly charged a whopping Rs 50 crore fees for Karan Johar’s Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. A source told Zoom entertainment news portal, “”Kartik Aaryan’s remuneration for Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri, is Rs 50 crore. It’s highly unusual to command such a price from a premium production house like Dharma Production.”

Further, the source informed that Rs 50 crore is the highest amount any lead actor working for a Dharma film is being paid. After Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Chandu Champion, Kartik’s market value has substantially gone up. However, these are just speculations and nothing is officially confirmed yet.

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri will be headed by Sameer Vidwans. It is Sameer’s second directorial and also second film with Kartik. The duo earlier worked together for 2023 hit film Satyaprem Ki Katha. The makers have not announced female lead for TMMTMTTM yet. However, fans want one of Kartik’s alleged ex-girlfriends to be a part of the rom-com, which is set to release in theatres in 2026. The actor also has Aashiqui 3 in the pipeline. However, the female lead for the same is yet to be finalised.
