A source told Midday that producer Anand Pandit has been helping the actor find new properties in Andheri for over a week. They have been looking for two properties: a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space.

The source stated that both of these properties are over 2,000 square feet and two of them are already on rent. Further in this entertainment news, the Freddy star is also investing in properties since June 2023 that are placed in Juhu. These properties cost approximately Rs 1.75 crore each. The actor has rented one of the properties for Rs 4.5 lakh per month, and it’s a locality where celebrities reside.

The source added, “In 2019, Kartik had bought an apartment in Versova, where he had lived as a paying guest during his struggling days. He also bought a 2,000-square-foot office space at Veera Desai, where Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Kajol also own offices. That has also been rented out.”
