Samson was fairly impressive in his role as batter and once he returned to fitness, he took over the captaincy duties, but just four games later, he was hit with another injury on the same spot after the game against Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Parag, as a result, was again the leader for the next four games for the side, and these multiple chop-and-changes became the reason for RR’s elimination from the playoffs stages of the competition.
