Since yesterday, there has been a lot of chatter around TV serial Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Post the release of TRP reports, rumours spread that the makers are bringing about a change in the star cast. It was being rumoured that Param Singh, Sanam Johar and Vaibhavi Hankare will be replaced in the show given the low TRPs. Later, reports emerged that Param and Sanam will be retained and only Vaibhavi will be replaced. Now, the actress has confirmed her exit from Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.
In an interview with the section of Times of India, Vaibhavi Hankare confirmed her exit from and spoke about her character Tejaswini. She stated that she wasn’t a replacement of anyone and was introduced as a new character with her own journey. But now Tejaswini’s journey is coming to an end. She added that she got to explore a lot as an actor through this character. She could connect with the viewers. Vaibhavi also added that she believes that everything happens for a reason and she respects the decision of the makers. She said, “I’m walking away with nothing but gratitude for the team. I would like to thank you for welcoming Tejaswini into our hearts. This chapter is closing now, but my heart is filled with love and gratitude.” She also said that she was grateful for all the love showered on her by the audience in such a short span.
Rumours now have it that is going to replace Vaibhavi Hankare as the female lead in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Reportedly, a mock test was carried out too. The makers are yet to confirm the reports though. Bhavika Sharma earlier played the role of Savi in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. She was cast opposite Hitesh Bharadwaj in previous season. Their chemistry was indeed crackling and fans were heartbroken when their story came to an end.
