Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is currently the talk of the town. The show has been through many changes recently. Param Singh, Vaibhavi Hankare and Sanam Johar had recently entered the show as Neil, Tejaswini and Ruturaj. It was a live triangle and the story had just begun. However, the audience could not connect much with the storyline. The TRPs of the show dropped. The makers have been trying their best to revive the ratings. They brought in many twists and turns but it did not help.

Now, the have planned to revamp the story completely. Vaibhavi aka Tejaswini has left the show and now we have Bhavika Sharma re-entering the show. Before Neil-Tejaswini, the show had Savi and Rajat. Bhavika and Hitesh Bharadwaj were loved for their performance as Savi-Rajat in the show. Their jodi won hearts and now Bhavika is returning as Savi.

The makers shared a teaser where we saw Savi is now an IPS officer. Tejaswini meets with an accident and dies. Along with her, Rajat also passes away. Savi reaches the accident area to investigate and is shocked to see Rajat. Neil breaks down seeing Tejaswini’s body. With this, we will see the first meeting of Savi and Neil.

Now, Sanam Johar spoke to India Forums about the changes in the story. He said that this was always the plan and the story was meant to take this turn eventually. He added that the makers told them this and he will definitely miss working with Vaibhavi but they have to follow what is written as the show belongs to the makers first. He further spoke about Bhavika’s re-entry in and said that if it happened this way then it was already planned that way. He said, “We’re hoping her re-entry will help boost the TRPs. Right now, we’ve just shot the promo featuring her comeback, but we haven’t received the full screenplay or detailed story yet. So, like the audience, we’re also waiting to see what unfolds next.”
