Thandel is going to be the costliest film in Naga Chaitanya’s career. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film is bankrolled by Geetha Arts. The film gears up for a grand release on February 7th, and ahead of the movie’s release, the team is confident about the output. The film’s presenter, Allu Aravind, watched the final copy last night and seems to be impressed.
In general, there are a lot of expectations for the film as it brings back the combination of Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi. Additionally, the songs that are already out hiked the expectations of the film. Simultaneously, there is anticipation in trade about the film’s result. With a big budget of almost 90 crs at stake, the result becomes very crucial. Despite all that, Allu Aravind and his team are uber cool and confident.
Yesterday, the film’s producer, Bunny Vas, nervously tweeted that Allu Aravind is watching the final copy. As he was watching the film in the edit room, Bunny Vas was waiting outside with mixed feelings. But, Bunny Vas later confirmed that he passed with distinction, indicating that Aravind liked the movie.
“Passed with distinction 🏆💥💥 Certified by the dean of Allu University, #AlluAravind Garu 🔥🔥🔥.” Bunny Vas wrote.
Interestingly, the film Thandel is based on the real-life incidents. The story revolves around fishermen who were mistakenly captured by Pakistan government. The story has a lot of emotions in the play. Naga Chaitanya put immense effort in making the film. The team is highly confident that the hard work will get paid off.
The makers spent a little more than Chay’s market but they are hopeful that the film’s theatrical trailer will put an end to doubts and keep everyone waiting for the film.
Allu Aravind is an experienced producer and he is very cool about the output. Let us hope that his confidence translate into huge revenue at the ticket windows.
