Director Atlee is one of the most celebrated filmmakers in the Indian cinema. Especially, after the success of the movie Jawan and with the latest announcement of his film with Allu Arjun, there is a lot of noise about him. The director is now awarded an honorary doctorate for his contribution to the cinema by Satyabhama University.
Speaking at the event, for conferring the doctorate award, Atlee had opened up on the biggest allegation he constantly faces in his career. Oftentimes, Atlee is trolled for his movies being copied. Atlee has never opened up on the same but he has now clarified that there is no truth in the same. Atlee confirmed that all his films are inspired by real life.
“Generally Audience says my films are copied, but I’m telling truth today. It is all inspired from my life. For Example, the character Raayappan from Bigil was inspired from JPR sir. You have given doctorate, I promise that I will make proud for this country,” said Atlee, confirming that AA22xA6 will be next level.
Atlee assisted director Shankar earlier and then debuted with the film Raja Rani. Later, he did three films Thalapathy Vijay. His last film was Jawan with Shah Rukh Khan.
