Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH) has committed to invest ₹100 crore in the expansion of Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology (AINU), including its new hospital in Bhubaneswar, taking its cumulative investment in the specialty hospital chain to ₹650 crore.
The Bhubaneswar facility is AINU’s eighth hospital in India and marks its entry into Odisha. AHH aims to close FY27 with a network of 10 hospitals, backed by investments in capacity expansion, clinical talent and robotic surgery capabilities.
The hospital offers specialised services across nephrology, urology, uro-oncology, kidney transplantation, dialysis, paediatric urology, andrology and reconstructive urology. Its infrastructure includes a 12-station haemodialysis unit, three dedicated operation theatres, advanced laser systems, 3D laparoscopy, an in-house 32-slice CT scanner and video urodynamics.
“Post the acquisition, we have added 300 beds, enhanced robotic technology and strengthened clinical talent,” said Vishal Bali, Executive Director, AHH.
He said AINU’s expansion into Odisha was part of the group’s strategy to strengthen its presence in eastern India. “As part of our growth plans, we are on track to close this financial year with a network of 10 hospitals, further strengthening our presence and reach across the country,” Bali added.
