Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa is in the news. It has been reported that the show will soon take a leap of 10-15 years and we will see a huge change in the cast. Recently, Sudhanshu Pandey and Madalsa Sharma left the show. Now, it has been reported that apart from Rupali and Gaurav, everyone else will leave the show and we will see the story changing. Reports suggested that we will see how there will be a new lead character of the show. The name of the new character will be Kajal and the makers have reportedly written the character with a lot of depth.
It was also being said that Kajal would be a cute and bubbly girl but has a tragic back story. She has lost her father and holds her mother responsible for the death of her father. There have been reports that the makers are searching for the new cast.
A lot has been said about the new cast and we saw that Tanvi Hegde who is known for her performance as Fruity in Son Pari is reportedly the new lead of Rajan Shahi’s . Reports in TellyChakkar also said that Udaariyaan actress Alisha Parveen has been approached for the show.
There have been news reports saying that actress Shivangi Joshi will play the lead role post leap. However, nothing was confirmed about this. Now, Shivangi took to Instagram and has revealed if she is a part of the show post leap.
She took to Instagram and wrote, “Hi Everyone, There’s been news of me being a part of Anupama. I thought I should clarify that I am not doing the show and put all rumors to an end. I also wish the team all the love and luck always.”
