Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa took a generation leap few months ago. The new story of the show revolves around Anu and her daughter, Rahi. The show now has many new actors like Shivam Khajuria, Adrija Roy, Randeep Rai, Rahil Azam, Manish Goel, Alka Kaushal and others. The story of Rahi and Prem has been loved by the audience but people have also noticed that the story is copied. His work as an actor is to read the script, get the briefing and perform according. However, he believes that the scenes might be same but the characters have been portrayed differently. He tries to make the character different and make it real.

Shivam said that he sees those videos and realises sometimes that they did the scene better and sometimes he has done it well. He sees those scenes as a viewer and he enjoys his work. He added that there are 99 percent of stories that are inspired by something else and hence, the story must be enjoyed and it must not be compared.
