Rupali Ganguly-starrer Anupamaa is at the top of the TRP chart. The show is raking in great numbers thanks to all the drama. The current storyline is all about Prem and Raahi’s marriage. After the relationship drama, finally their families agreed to their marriage. However, Prem’s family – The Kotharis – are giving tough time to Anu. The Mr Richie rich and family want their son’s wedding to be a grand affair. Anu is struggling to match up to all their demands. Amid all the drama, a new character is expected to enter Ranjan Shahi’s show.
As reported by portal India Forums, Raahi’s biological father is going to enter the show. The character name is Rudra and he will mark his entry before Prem and Raahi’s marriage. The report states that he will bump into () in a temple. Before the big day, Anupamaa will visit a temple to seek blessings. She will have a conversation with the priest who will offer her some prasad. Rudra will cross her path and they will bump into each other. Prasad will fall and Anu will confront Rudra. However, she will be shocked. She will find him to be familiar, however, won’t be able to recognise him.
Rudra’s entry can bring about major twists and turns in Anupamaa. For the unaverse, Raahi is the adopted daughter of Anupamaa and Anuj Kapadia ). She was known as Aadhya but later changed name. Earlier, her biological mother Maya brought havoc in Anu and Anupamaa’s lives. Maya fell in love with Anuj and she resorted to all the tactics including blackmailing to separate him from Anu. However, in the end, her character met with a road accident and she passed away. With the entry of Rudra, will Raahi once again be taken away from Anupamaa? Or will he be the character who will support Anu and help her with the wedding preparations? Will he be Richie Rich just like the Kotharis?
